SHORT TERM RENTAL CLEANING

We offer turnover cleanings to a number of short term rental hosts. Below is what is included each turnover:

-Changing of bed linens and beds made

-Washing, drying, and folding laundry

-Cleaning of kitchen, bathroom(s), living areas, bedrooms, and all inside areas available for guest use. 

-Refilling of standard products and offerings (i.e. coffee, sugar, creamer, shower products)

-Staging and light organizing

-General dusting

-Trash emptied and liners replaced

-Floors vacuumed and mopped

Should you require additional services outside the scope of standard cleaning, please let us know.

Services outside the scope of standard cleaning will incur an additional fee.
